(PHOTOS) Sports: More Stars Show Up! Kobe Bryant Hits Up Dodgers/Yankees Game In Helicopter

It was a star-studded event on Tuesday at the Dodgers/Yankees game that included Jay Z & others, but the stars also showed up last night for game 2. At least my Yankees got the win this time 3-0. The two games against the Yankees drew combined sellout crowds of 105,460, making it the highest-attended two-game set at Dodger Stadium since 107,851 saw two games against Seattle on Aug. 30-31, 1997. Celebrities at the game included Kobe Bryant and LL Cool J in Magic Johnson’s box, Christina Aguilera, Samuel L. Jackson, Billy Crystal, Penny Marshall, Cristiano Ronaldo of Real Madrid, and Dallas Cowboys teammates Jason Witten and DeMarcus Ware. And yes, Kobe got to the game in style…by helicopter. This guy! George Clooney’s Hollywood Fundraiser Brings In $15 Million For President Obama’s 2012 Campaign

Hollywood heavyweight, George Clooney, held a $40,000-a-plate dinner at his mansion to raise money for President Obama’s re-election campaign. President Obama was at the event along with Hollywood stars Robert Downey Jr, Barbra Streisand and husband James Brolin, Tobey Maguire, Billy Crystal, Jack Black, and more. Eddie Murphy’s Oscar Replacement Announced!

After Brett Ratner announced he would not be producing the 2012 Oscars, Eddie Murphy announced that he would no longer be hosting the awards show. Murphy decided to decline the hosting position because he was looking forward to working with Ratner and his crew.
