Los Angeles Clippers forward Blake Griffin has let team officials know that he intends to sign a five-year contract extension this month, sources with knowledge of the situation told ESPNLosAngeles.com on Saturday.  Meanwhile, Clippers point guard Chris Paul declined a three-year, $60 million extension on Saturday, according to a Los Angeles Times report.  Read more after the jump.
