Kim Kardashian apparently has a master plan to keep her husband Kanye West at home as much as possible, and she’s going to great lengths to see it through. Tired of all of the time they spend apart, Kim has apparently purchased the house next door to the house they already recently purchased, so that they can expand their property by nearly 5 acres. With the expansion, the plan is to build a giant park for the kiddies, a basketball court and a full studio for Ye…so he doesn’t have jet off to Paris or Hawaii to record, like he’s known to do. They’re also planning to build a full movie theater, game room and a spa for Kim are also in the works, as well as a detached guest house. Shoot, I wouldn’t leave either! Good “master plan,” Kim. I see you.
Damn – Jay Z & Beyoncé Outbid On Beverly Hills Mansion
Jay Z and Beyoncé had their eyes set on a gorgeous mansion in Beverly Hills, but they weren’t the only ones. The crib, listed at $85 million, had 3 other potential buyers seeking it out, and after a bidding war ensued, they lost their bid on the lavish 23,000 square-foot home to Swedish billionaire Markus “Notch” Persson. While both the Carters and Persson bid $70 million for the mansion, Persson paid his in cold hard cash! “This is the highest price ever paid for a home in Beverly Hills and it closed in a lightning fast six days,” his real estate agents said in a press release. His cash bid also included cases of Dom Perignon. Boss. As for the mansion, it comes completely furnished with 8 bedrooms, 15 bathrooms (equipped with $5,600 toilets,) a screening room, an infinity pool and a candy room. A candy room?! I need to get these M’s, b.

After his split from longtime girlfriend Jordin Sparks, Jason Derulo is ready for the single life, and has purchased a $3 million bachelor pad in Tarzana, California. (That’s where a lot of the celebs live in the L.A. area.) The crib looks like a mini-castle from the outside, complete with turrets and stained glass windows. Inside is just as awesome, with a billiard room, bar, a gym with a sauna and tanning room, a grand staircase, skylights and floor-to-ceiling windows. But wait – it gets even better outside! The backyard has a 75-foot pool with a bridge that leads to a pergola, complete with built-in bar, spa and entertaining area. Don’t forget the lighted basketball court! Oh, and just for good measure, the house has a separate guest house with 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and a 3-car garage. What the heck! I’m moving in ASAP. After blogs began posting pics of the beautiful six-bedroom, seven-bathroom home over the weekend, a few fans of the “Fancy” raptress got a little overzealous, and decided to show up to see if they could get a glimpse of Iggy and/or Nick.
