Follow Up On Man Killed In BK By NYPD
In January Duane Browne was killed by NYPD officers in his own home in BK. Officers where responding to a robbery, but ended up killing the wrong man. The family of the Victim has now filled a lawsuit claiming that for more than 20 minutes police stopped EMS crew from going in the home to provide first aid for the 26 year old who is now dead.
