Daniel Herrmann worked in customer service for Bank of America for three years. On September 20, 2010 he was fired for being one to two minutes late from his lunch break. It would take him a little longer to get back because he has a limp in his right leg which he received from a car accident in 1992 where he also disabled his right arm and hand.
