Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, the only living Boston bombing suspect, will not be read his Miranda rights which give him the right to an attorney and the right to remain silent. Before he was captured alive Boston police, the FBI, ATF, and more did everything the could to catch Tsarnaev and make sure that he is still alive. He was taken to a hospital last night and thus far we have no update on his condition. After he was captured and alive, the debate began on whether or not he should be read the rights.
