WEPA! Lindsay Lohan Loses To Pitbull In Court!

It was a ridiculous lawsuit from the start, and thankfully the judge residing on the case felt the same way I did. In 2011, Lindsay Lohan attempted to sue Pitbull over his hit song “Give Me Everything,” upset over the use of her name in his lyrics. “I got it locked up like Lindsay Lohan,” was all Pit said, and Linds tried to sue on the grounds she didn’t give him permission to use and profit off of her name, and that the jail reference caused her emotional distress. Um, right. Sounds like she’s desperate for cash! Find out what the judge said below.

Pitbull Responds to Lindsay Lohan’s Lawsuit Over His Song Lyric

Earlier this week we reported that Lindsay Lohan has plans to sue singer/rapper Pitbull over his latest track, Give Me Everything. The hit tune, written by Ne-Yo and Afrojack, has a lyric that goes, “Hustlers move in silence, so I’m tiptoein’ to keep flowin’/ I got it locked up like Lindsay Lohan.” SO wack and far-fetched to attempt a lawsuit out of that one, especially since Pit did nothing but state facts. The actress was indeed locked up. No further slander was made. SMH this girl is just looking for a check! Find out what Pitbull had to say about it after the jump. Marisa Mendez
