Atlanta Hawks guard Tracy McGrady consider’s himself a Hall of Famer if we look at the numbers.  Yes we all remember how great McGrady was but it’s hard to consider inducting him when his number’s have reached an all-time low.  Plagued with injuries and going from team to team, McGrady has seen a steady decline in his career.  So do you think he’s a Hall of Famer or not? @Shay_Marie x @gametimegirl
