During this year’s 2013 iHeartRadio Music Festival at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, Miley Cyrus shocked the world yet again with her wild outfit choice during her performances. She sported a white fish-net shirt that barely covered her pasties and dominatrix-styled panties. Oh, and did we mention she performed with a microphone that looked like a giant banana? Yup.
