We all know Lebron is the King on the court, even though this year Kevin Durant is right there with him, but Bron is killing it off the court as well. His Lebron sneakers from Nike brought in $300 million dollars last year, by far making him the best in that category as well. In fact, the totals of Kevin Durant “KD’s” and Kobe Bryant’s sneakers from Nike, which were $125 million and $50 million respectively, together still can’t catch Bron. KD however did have the biggest jump in sales compared to the year before. The list is for active players, because we all know ain’t nobody coming anywhere close to Jordan sales. Today is Thursday so I’d thought it would be cool to share a classic kick with ya. This Jordan 1, released almost exactly 13 years ago, was a favorite among many sneakerheads, although most were not lucky enough to grab a pair. The “All Black” Jordan 1 was released on New Years 2001 in Japan only. The shoe features an all black leather upper, the logos appear in silver and it came with a Chrome Jumpman. If this shoe dropped today do you realize how crazy it would be? You see how people act for some all black kicks, quick example… the Gamma 11’s. Kicks: Must Cop Alert!! The Air Jordan VI “Infrared 23”
2014 is already bringing some serious heat and were not even 2 weeks in. It has been announced that a red leather version of the Jordan VI will drop sometime in February. I hope these comes in grade school sizes cause if not me and alot of other females are gonna be quite disappointed. The shoe features a red leather upper and judging by a close-up pic it looks like 2 different types of leather are involved smooth in one area and pebbled texture in another. A black midsole and clear outsole complete the shoe with black laces. In my opinion this shoe is a must cop. I’m a sucker for a stand-out shoe and this is definitely one of em’.
