Earlier this week, a UK reporter had the chance to preview Frank Ocean’s debut album Channel Orange before it drops later this month, and wrote a post about what she heard. And what she heard, she said, was Frank singing about a “him”. This led to various reports on the web of Frank Ocean “admitting” to bisexuality, but obviously there were skeptics as this couldn’t be confirmed by our own ears. However, in an act of bravery, Frank took it upon himself to post an open letter via his Tumblr page and open up about the love he shared with a man 4 summers ago. Kudos, Frank! Maryland is expected to become the eight state to pass the equality bill later this week. The state senate passed the bill and it is currently waiting for the governor’s signature for it to become official. A lesbian couple has been crowned as America’s first lesbian homecoming couple. Two girls from a California high school were crowned as their school’s homecoming king and queen. Rebeca Arellano, who was crowned as the school’s homecoming king, is the school’s first female king. Live Your Life: Presbyterian Church Ordains First Gay Minister
A Presbyterian ministry in California has ordained it’s first gay minister, 56-year-old Scott Anderson. Anderson actually left the ministry 20 years ago after telling the congregation that he was gay after a couple threatened to expose his homosexual lifestyle.
