Foxy Brown was set to be a surprise guest during Fabolous’ performance at Hot 97’s 20th annual Summer Jam this year, but once Fab hit the stage, she was nowhere to be found. We definitely got an appearance from the Queen Bee, however. There were various rumors as to why she never hit that stage, but F.
