According to reports, he fled Fort Drum in a stolen car which was eventually disabled by police, and then he continued to flee on foot. Investigators are looking for a 17-year-old suspect, identified as Oneil Dasilva of Mount Vernon, New York after the rampage at a garden party in the Bronx, New York early this morning, police said.
