Mendeecees Harris was finally released from prison earlier this week, after doing over a year-long bid on drug charges. We know his fianceé Yandy Smith couldn’t be happier, and Mendeecees appeared just as happy, as the Love & Hip-Hop stars spent his first night home with their son and his children from previous relationships. Hopefully he stays out of jail for good so they can continue raising their family together!

The Bada** sits down with XXL in his first post-prison interview to talk what is was like when he was first notified of his release. “I kinda got butterflies,” he says. “I ain’t get butterflies in my first concert…” Well, he’s home now!
