It’s been the topic of many stories as the team from the Bay will have to play in the frozen tundra. The 49ers however got a special treat yesterday as wrestling legend “Nature Boy” Ric Flair came through to give them a motivational speech.

The 911 call placed by Ric Flair has been released. The call was made moments after the wrestling legend discovered his son Reid Flair unresponsive in a Charlotte, NC hotel room. Such a sad story. Our thoughts & prayers are with the Flair family.

Reid Flair, the son of wrestling legend Ric Flair passed away this morning. He was only 25 years old. Flair’s agent tells TMZ, “We are heartbroken to confirm that Ric’s son, Reid Fliehr, has passed away today March 29, 2013 in Charlotte, NC.” The agent went on to say “The investigation into the cause of death is ongoing”. Reid has had problems with heroin in the past and was arrested for possession in 2009. The agent for the family finally added “No words can describe the grief that Ric and his family are experiencing and they do request privacy during this devastating time.” Check out the video of young Reid making an apperance during WCW time with his pops.
