Terrelle Pryor’s suspension was upheld by the NFL. Â Goodell stated it was fair because he believes Pryor acted in order to avoid disciplinary action from his college infractions and to secure his own ineligibility in order to enter the supplemental draft. NFL: Chargers’ Kevin Burnett rips Roger Goodell
Posted by Sabrina B. @gametimegirl San Diego Chargers linebacker Kevin Burnett delivered a verbal hit to Roger Goodell earlier this week, calling the commissioner a “blatant liar” in an interview with a San Diego radio station. Appearing on XX Sports Radio in San Diego, Burnett ripped Goodell when asked to respond to the commissioner’s e-mail to NFL season-ticket holders after the NFL Players Association filed to decertify as a union and the NFL owners locked out the players.

Posted by Sabrina B. @gametimegirl Commissioner Roger Goodell wrote NFL players Thursday, outlining the league’s last proposal to the union and cautioning that “each passing day puts our game and our shared economics further at risk.” Goodell ended the letter by telling players: “I hope you will encourage your union to return to the bargaining table and conclude a new collective bargaining agreement.”
