It seems like the entire world is excited for the Kardshian/Humphries wedding that is happening today, well everyone expect for the Santa Barbara locals and Four Seasons guests. The Kardshian/Humphries entourage took over the hotel last night and even disrupted another wedding when a bride wasn’t allowed to join her pre-wedding party because Rob, Kris, and Scott were at the hotel bar. Other hotel guests and bar patrons were also unhappy with the extra security and when they were told they could not go certain place in the hotel. Read more after the jump. @Julie1205
