Up and coming R&B singer B. Smyth (known for his song “Leggo”) was pulled over in Coral Springs, FL on Sunday for tailgating, and though it could have just ended in a couple of tickets, Smyth had to take it to the next level. Apparently he felt that he was being racially profiled, so he refused to take his citations and began to cuss the officers out. According to the police report, he even told one of them he was going to f*ck his wife! LMAO! Needless to say, he was really pressing his luck with the police, who even at that point were STILL going to let him go. However, Smyth refused to leave the gas station they were at, and he was eventually arrested for trespassing. Check out the mug shot in the gallery!
