Subaru seems to be going after a different type of crowd with there ad’s for super sunday. It just probably is not in the way you think. While most other car makers are going crazy setting up their super bowl commercials and running through budgets faster than Usain Bolt, Subaru is going to air their ad’s during a different type of bowl….the Puppy Bowl. Animal Planet always does the puppy bowl during the Super bowl, usually during halftime of the real game. Subaru is known as being an animal friendly brand. Auto Talk: Subaru only sending 6,000 BRZ Coupes to U.S. in 2013

If you have your heart set on picking up a new Subaru BRZ, you better get moving. Car and Driver reports the automaker is only shipping 6,000 of the coupes to the U.S. for the 2013 model year. The news reportedly surfaced via a Subaru dealer. While the automaker hasn’t officially announced exactly how many 2013 BRZ Coupe models will be allocated for American buyers, it has said the vehicle will arrive in “extremely limited quantities” in the past. Auto Talk: Subaru recalling 2012 Legacy and Outback over airbag fault

Subaru is recalling certain 2012 model year Legacy sedans and Outback wagons due to side curtain airbags that may not deploy in the event of a crash. A total of 381 vehicles are affected by this recall, all of which were manufactured between December 1 and December 23, 2011. Funk Flex
