Kobe Bryant has gone up against Michael Jordan, Lebron James, Gary Payton and many other great defenders during his career but according to him, none of those guys are the toughest he ever had to deal with. Nope, that title goes to Tony Allen and Kobe let him know while gifting him a pair of autographed Kobe’s last night in Memphis.

During a first-half timeout in Game 1 between the Golden State Warriors and Memphis Grizzlies, the Jr. Jam Squad was performing when Tony Allen casually wandered onto the court.

In the third quarter of the Memphis Grizzlies game against the New Orleans Pelicans, Tony Allen fouled Omer Asik. It was Allen’s third foul in the game and he was visibly upset and frustrated.  He walked over to the sideline and slapped the cameraman; actually he slapped the camera and it hit the cameraman in his face since he was holding it up.  Allen later apologized and the man, Bo Bradley said he was fine and it’s no big deal.  Still the league handed down a fine to punish Allen for his behavior.

Kobe Bryant divulged tons of interesting information in his interview with Sports Illustrated‘s Chris Ballard.  One of the questions asked was for him to pick four players who made of the most of their natural ability and talent.  His answers were pretty interesting.

(Video) NBA: OUCH! Chris Paul Gets Kicked In The Face By Tony Allen!

Tony Allen was ejected from the Clippers/Grizzlies game last night after kicking Chris Paul in the face. The kick actually looked like it was done on purpose. Allen was trying to play defense when Paul made a move and Allen realized he was about to get beat. So he threw his leg out to block CP3 and caught him in the face karate style.
