Beyonce kicked off her “Mrs. Carter Show” world tour yesterday in Serbia, and she rocked one of her craziest outfits yet! The singer is usually pretty PG-13 with her costumes, showing off her legs and maybe her torso but that’s about where it ends. This time, however? She went all the way! Her dress was had sequins that formed the outline of breasts, nipples and all. So while no, we’re not seeing Bey’s bare breasts, it sure looks like it! Check the risque outfit in the gallery!
