Betty Butt, one of the three founding members of the popular YouTube dance group the Twerk Team, has passed away after being shot in her Atlanta apartment. Reports state that she was in her home with another man, when 3 men came and shot her in the head, and her company in the side. He was treated at the scene and is expected to make a full recovery. During the initial investigation into the shooting, authorities were told to look out for three men in a red Toyota Camry. They soon found the car on a nearby highway, and after a high-speed chase, the getaway car struck another car and overturned, and they were able to capture all three suspects. No motive has been reported as of yet, but the way it sounds seems like a jealous ex kind of situation. It’s truly sad, regardless.
