The pain has yet to subside for the people close to Lil Snupe and the fans that loved him. Last week, it was reported that up-coming rapper Lil Snupe was found dead via two gun shots in a Winnfield, Lousiana apartment. The, “Nobody” talent had recently turned 18 and was well on his way when allegedly, Tony D. Holden killed him over a video game bet. A warrant was put out for the suspects arrest, but he was no where to be found, until yesterday morning. Holden turned himself into the police and was charged with one count of first-degree murder, armed robbery and illegal possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. The felon had been into more than his fair share of trouble with the law, which makes one wonder, why was he on the streets ANY WAY! Hit the jump to see what Holden’s background consists of.

Meek pays tribute to Snupe, born Addarren Ross, who was gunned down in Louisiana just days ago. After Snupe gave Meek one of his demos at Grambling State University, he received a call from Meek, who saw “potential in him,” in less than an hour. He would go on to sign with Meek’s label. Yesterday, the hip-hop world took a HUGE lose…The death of up-coming rapper, Lil Snupe – real name, Addarren Ross – shocked us all. After just celebrating his 18th birthday on the 12th of June, Snupe was in Winnfield, LA. to put on a show the following day in Farmerville, but unfortunately, he didn’t make it. The fire spitter was found with two shots to his chest. Police are saying that they have a suspect, however no names are being released and not arrests have been made. Of course, Lil Snupe had the social media world going crazy over his death, but people that knew him very well spoke out.
