Three years later and LA Lakers star Lamar Odom has finally reached a settlement with a woman who was injured in a car crash he was involved in back in 2007. Kathleen Colimitras has asked an L.A. County Superior Court judge to dismiss the lawsuit she filed against Odom in which she claimed he was responsible for major injuries she suffered from the crash. Although the terms of the settlement are confidential, Kathleen’s attorney, Ronald Wilton, said the case was resolved to the satisfaction of both parties.

Why do we as a human beings act that way. If it’s the others person fault just do what is necessary to get you back on the road. Don’t claim hurt when your not. What goes around comes around. The next one could be deadly.
