At first the commercial seems like its a normal PSA about sugary drinks and soda’s and what not. There’s an overweight gentleman, enjoying a soda in the morning, a sweet tea for lunch, an enormous iced coffee before dinner, etc. But about halfway through the latest New York City Health Department ad, viewers are treated to a horrifying picture of blackened, diabetic toes. YIKES!!! Hit the jump to see the ad. Is this too much…or is it the blatant truth that we possibly don’t want to face????
