The massive Saharan country, long controlled by the dictator Moammar Gadhafi, has suffered “rolling blackouts” of its internet connections during the regime’s ongoing violent crackdown on protestors, according to the internet traffic monitor Renesys I guess they feel like since the internet played such a key role in Egypt, they better stop it now…Still not gonna work!!
