An 8 year old boy brought a loaded gun to his Queens, New York school to sell the gun to his classmate for $3.  The purchase was discovered only after the buyer of the gun brought it home and showed his mother what he had brought. The father of the child and the child who sold the gun has since been arrested. Do you think an 8 year old should be arrested for something like this or do they not know any better?
