The last couple of days hundreds lined up among many Jordan Brand Retailers for the highly anticipated Air Jordan 7 Retro ‘Year Of The Rabbit”. If you were the lucky people to get yours online during the mess of online shopping on east bay at Nike store then you camped out at the store that had them. I camped out at West NYC 147 to see what the new generation of kids deal with on getting the latest pair… It was crazy.. I’ll explain more and show pics after the jump…
Late last night a small group a sneaker heads set up next to West NYC at 147 72nd St. upper westside of Manhattan to hopefully guarantee themselves a pair of YOTR. People from locally of that area to up state and even New Jersey were on line. They brought out camp chairs, sleeping bags, friends to help them keep company during the chill night. The talks among them were strategical about how many pairs did the store have, what other stores had the YOTR instock and some syke out some people off the line to gain their chances to get a pair. I also put video of what the crowd looked like along with pictures in it as well.
