This video may be short, but it packs quite a punch. Watch what a surveillance video camera captured in a parking lot when a mom “accidentally†clipped her daughter as she crossed the street. According to the mother, she was only trying to get close enough to “smack†her daughter in the head. Unfortunately, she drove over her child’s foot in the incident; the daughter was treated and is said to be doing fine.
