As promised Apple made available the beta versions of iOS Â 5Â Apple has posted betas of iOS 5, iTunes 10.5 (required to install iOS 5), the iOS 5 SDK, Xcode 4.2, and Apple TV OS.
Developer.apple.com server is on overload right now with people trying to get their hands on the beta, but Apple did leave a warning suggesting if users do install the beta version of  iOS 5 it  can only be upgraded to later betas and the final version, and cannot be downgraded back to earlier versions.  So if you plan on installing this version, its a final sale and there is no going back.
