Ok The App is called “MyHeritage” and it’s on iOS, and Android. Now it’s Primarily linked to MyHeritage.com:
Which is FREE, and looking to help you build your family Tree:

BUT even if you don’t sign up on the Site, On the App, you can still utilize the ‘MyCeleb’ feature, Which let’s you take a Picture, and then it looks for a Celeb that looks like either they are related to you, or just looks like you:
Before you take the Picture, they let you know that, the Picture will not stay circulating on-line:
Once you take the Picture, They Scan either the Internet, or a database they have Access to:
Then they hit you with a match, including other ‘possible’ matches. All of which seems they use some sort of facial recognition software for the process, catching certain facial features that may match up, In My Case, I think it actually captured my Soul, since I think I’m kinda comedial(I know that’s not a word) funny, and We KNOW Dave is Comedial Funny!! I look at it as the utmost respect and Honored to be compared to the Great Dave Chappelle:
