Sydney police arrested Noelene Edwards, 74, for possessing a “mound of individually packed drug satchels in her handbag.” Edwards pleaded to the judge, claiming she had no knowledge of how the drugs got into her purse. Drug dogs were attracted to her bag and upon a search police discovered the illegal drugs. She was sentenced to 2 years pending good behavior. I guess this proves you are never too old to sell drugs.
