And the radio war rages on. In the ongoing beef between New York’s Hot 97 and Power 105 (mostly since Sunday’s Summer Jam but the two stations have always been rivals), their respective morning show hosts Peter Rosenberg and Angela Yee went for each other’s necks this morning. Power claimed on air today that back in 2010, not-single Rosenberg sent Angela texts attempting to ask her out and that he dissed his female co-host K. Foxx in the process. When Hot got wind of this, they shot down the rumors and Rosenberg proceeded to rip into Angela and her co-hosts. This doesn’t seem like it will be stopping anytime soon! Oh boy.

I’m not gonna lie. I like both stations but I’ve been a Hot 97 when it was a Freestyle/Dance station (way back, like Hot 103 days). Yee is definitely smash material and Rosenberg is funny as hell! I find myself changing stations back and forth every morning on the drive to work. 60/40, Hot 97 wins because of nostalgia.
