Jay-Z’s Barclays Center has received a mixed reaction from Brooklyn residents. Some of the borough’s residents hate the arena while others love it. Hov’s first segment of “Road to Brooklyn” shows how famous and non-famous residents feel about the arena as well the thoughts of the borough President.
