Apparently Mr. Wright was trying to park his 1978 black Rolls Royce when he hit a police car with two cops sitting inside.
When the officers approached his vehicle they smelled alcohol and gave Mr. Wright a field sobriety test, which he failed miserably.
Mr. Wright was arrested and taken into custody.
