Bobby Brown had plead not guilty to his latest DUI despite rumors that he was ready to head to rehab. Bobby was charged with DUI last month after he was pulled over for driving erratically and police officers smelled alcohol on his breath. The singer was also charged with driving on a restricted license and not having a vehicle interlock device, which will prevent the car from starting if your breathalyzer comes back showing you had been drinking. Bobby was on probation stemming from his previous DUI arrest. The judge revoked his probation as a result of the most recent arrest, but released the singer today on his own recognizance.
Bobby’s license was also suspended, and he was ordered to attend AA sessions.
