Alexa, with the help of her boyfriend’s mom, decided to get him an iPad for Christmas, so they ordered one from Best Buy’s website. The problem though is that she didn’t just get that one. Find out what happened after the jump.
So instead of just one iPad being sent, Alexa got five!! Being honest, she tried to email customer service the issue, but they never responded, so she hit up the Consumerist for help. When she finally got the response though, it wasn’t what she expected. Best Buy basically said “keep them, their yours, Merry Christmas.” Wow!!
