Israel, in a partner ship with Google, has put 5,000 high res images of the ancient biblical artifacts online. In the collection is the Book of Deuteronomy, which includes the Ten Commandments and a portion of the first chapter of the Book of Genesis, dating all the way back to the first century B.C.
Google has shown plenty of interest in sharing these special artifacts with the world. 2 years of joint hard work and dedication from Google and the Israel Museum is now available for display in its entirety. The multimedia website allows users to zoom in on certain fragments, along with Translate and Google Maps integration, to make for a full experience.
