New Law Makes It illegal For Employers To Ask For Facebook Passwords in California & Illinois

Finally a law that makes sense, the first new law in California and  Illinois bans employers to ask for Facebook passwords.  Congress now considers the matter asking for the password  illegal, and says asking for it is invasion of privacy for the employee.  Reuters also reports that the law is not only made for Facebook but all social media platforms, but at the moment no word on if other states will join in on the ban party. We will keep you posted.
