Every year, the list of upcoming artists that land a coveted spot on the XXL Freshmen cover is a big deal. Though not all of the artists go on to make much of a splash, some do, and the look alone speaks volumes. (Check out last year’s cover here.) The folks over at the mag have released a list online where fans can vote, showing potential names that will take the last spot. They’ve also revealed that the other 9 have been filled. Though we don’t know who they are just yet, we can look at the list and know who they aren’t! And should they win your votes, still have the chance to be. Check out the list below!
