Finally, there is some good news for Katt Williams after months of rocky times and legal trouble. The comedian was arrested at his home for felony child endangerment back in December, stolen guns were found at his home as well as marijuana. The funny man has continued to have numerous runs in with the law, fights, and more since then but at least he is getting a huge break in the biggest charges against him. Katt, who has custody of his children, could have possible lost all of his custody rights. Read more below.
Katt will not be facing the felony charges in this case. He was able to show that his children couldn’t reach his guns because they were locked away. He also claims that because multiple people live in his home with him, there is no way to prove that the weed was in fact his. He will not face any jail time or even probation, he will be let off with a simple warning. I’m glad he will not be losing custody of his children, he really does need a break.
