It doesnt take 10 years to file papers if you really want someone to play child school. Especailly since he had to have 15 or 16 at the time so it couldnt have been hard to find him unless he lived outta town. She probably didnt want him in his life at first but know that he made it, “she needs help raising her child.” If he wasnt making a good living, she probably could care less.
