Looks like Diageo, Inc. has yet another lawsuit on their hands. When all is said and done, money, money, money, MONEEYY is what they’re going to have to give up to the classic group, The O’Jays. Want to know why, drop down bottom and find out.

Well, there’s a commercial out promoting the popular brand liquor, Crown Royal. Within that commercial, faintly in the background is the O’Jays’ famous hit, “For Love of Money.” Eddie Levert and Walter Williams, Sr. will be suing the company, because they never gave permission to use their song. It’s “humiliating and demeaning.” HOW, is what your probably thinking. The duo says that, because they are used for BACKGROUND music. For front is a rapper (sounds like B.O.B. to me) spitting some lyrics. The O’Jays says that the rapper performed a “self-aggrandizing childish rap.” When will these artists learn that the back in the day folk don’t play ’bout their money.
