Vine is as a Twitter related app that allows users to take 6.5 second videos of anything and then share them on Twitter and Facebook using an iPhone. Now according to The Verge, Android users will soon get to experience Vine. They did not go into exactly when it will be availble in Google Play Store. Also an iOS update that allows users tag friends, its just awaiting approval from Apple.
