Guns
Students at come Pennsylvania colleges will be allowed to carry guns to campus. Five colleges, thus far, have said they will allow students with concealed-carry permits to bring guns to campus with them. The universities are all state owned and state lawyers have decided that a ban on weapons is unconstitutional. Twenty-two states have banned weapons on campus while five others, Colorado, Mississippi, Oregon, Utah and Wisconsin, allow firearms on campus. Students are only allowed to carry guns only to certain areas. Find out which colleges in Pennsylvania are allowing guns on campus below.

Edinboro, Kutztown, Millersville, Shippensburg, and Slippery Rock Universities have all announced they would not hold up the ban against firearms. The colleges stated that a blanket ban on firearms is “unconstitutional.” The students are able to bring their guns to campus, but they are not allowed to bring them into buildings or events without permission from the university police chief.
