Chris Brown has until August 6th to turn himself into police – to be booked and charged on the hit-and-run crime. This stems from him not being arrested the day off. Bring on the MUG SHOT! Tsk Tsk! Forget about will never learn, some people just don’t want to learn! RiRi’s ex has to return to court August 15th! What will come of that?!
