A naked man high on narcotics drove his pickup truck through the Southwest Center Mall in Dallas, Texas in order to steal clothes. It was reported that he drove through the mall, crashed into some kiosks, made a right turn and stopped when he crashed into the gates of Champs Sporting Goods store. Arthur Walker then began to dress himself in the apparel of Champs when police found him putting on socks and new sneakers. He immediately was arrested and brought to a hospital.
