A 12-year-old from Johnstown, PA –3 hours outside of Philly– became a real-life Riley Freeman. He decided to rob a lemonade stand with a BB gun. Hit the jump for more details.
After a brief scuffle, the kid made away with $30 of the younger kids’ money. Seems like the perfect plan, but the 12-year-old let the other kids chase him home. Once they were made aware of his home, they immediately called the police. While in custody, they young robber will face charges in juvenile court.
According to Philly.Com, “Hopefully he’s learned the valuable lesson that, when life doesn’t hand you lemons, you can’t just stick a gun in someone’s face and take their money.”
Lemonade was a popular drink, and it still is. Especially if a group of kids can make $30 from it.
