Dr. Oz, having been in the area at the time of the accident, and a union plumber worked together to create a tourniquet and save her life. Her injury was so bad she may have bled to death if she had not received treatment. Unfortunately, the 24-year old driver from Queens was in complete shock, saying nothing like this had ever happened to him.
