Native New Yorker, Adrienne Bailon, kept Diana Nyad company and swam laps to benefit victims of Hurricane Sandy. Here’s what the beautiful Latina had to say about prepping for the swim and picking her swim suit:
“I learned about the event the night before and as a New Yorker from the Lower East Side, I am always happy to support this city. Well I don’t actually own anything appropriate to swim laps in, so we ended up going to pick up a black one-piece swimsuit from American Apparel.”
It’s good to know, people still haven’t forgotten about Hurricane Sandy. Families are still suffering from the after effects, many lost everything they had.
